Repairs
Our fleet of experienced field service engineers, equipped with fully-stocked vans, provide an effective rapid response to breakdowns of a vast array of equipment, including:

Patient lifting hoist and stairlift repairs
We also service and repair all makes of patient-lifting hoists and stairlifts. These repairs are almost always fixed on your premises.
Fault Finding
If the hoist will not operate:
- Ensure that the emergency stop button is in the out position.
- Make sure the charging lead is disconnected from the mains power supply
- Check the handset lead has not been pulled from the control box socket or that the wires are damaged
